What I appreciate most about ProBackup is the peace of mind it provides, knowing that essential information is securely backed up and can be quickly accessed if Asana ever goes down during an important task. I was looking for an easy way to back up our collection of over 300 Miro boards. Since Miro itself doesn’t provide a built-in backup option, I discovered ProBackup during my search. I found ProBackup to be very user-friendly; installation was straightforward, and getting started was simple. The backup overviews are useful, and I find the pricing reasonable. I moved from a solution that just offered Notion backup to ProBackup. Since I back up three services, it's more cost-effective, and it's just so hands-off. Honestly, I don't want to have to think about my backups unless I need them, and that's what ProBackup offers.

In my research, I found that most solutions cost around $10/month per app being backed up, so if you use at least three a month, it will more than pay for itself. In addition, having everything in a single interface makes things so much easier. In addition, some of those $10/month services didn't backup daily, so ProBackup is superior in that it does.

Setup was easy. It took as long as you'd expect with giving a third-party program access to secure services, but everything went smoothly and I had things implemented and completely ready to go in less than an hour.

Note that my business is.... me. I'm using it to backup my writing business's Google Workspace, my personal Notion, and my personal Github. I can't speak to how it works for a larger company, but I can tell you that if I was looking for a solution for a larger company, I'd definitely look at ProBackup first just because of the good experience I've had so far.
