## About PrizeBot
PrizeBot is a Slack-based employee recognition and rewards product for teams that want recognition to happen in the tools they already use every day. Teammates recognize each other directly in Slack by mentioning a coworker with a configured reward emoji, and PrizeBot records the transaction automatically, updates balances, applies send limits, and sends confirmations or notifications inside Slack. PrizeBot combines day-to-day recognition with a broader rewards system. Teams can create custom reward types with their own emoji and names, support multiple reward currencies at the same time, and configure daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly giving limits. Employees can redeem earned balances through a built-in prize shop, while admins manage prizes and fulfillment from a web-based dashboard. Teams can also run automated raffles, add an optional spin wheel with configurable prizes and ticket-based participation, and enable birthday and work anniversary celebrations with configurable messages and optional rewards or spin tickets. PrizeBot is intended for Slack-based teams that want more flexibility and control than basic recognition tools while keeping the employee experience simple. Employees do not need a separate app, separate login, or separate workflow. Workspace administrators can manage reward rules, users, prizes, raffle settings, spin settings, and celebrations from a central admin area. The service is designed to support both straightforward recognition programs and more customized team reward systems, depending on which features a workspace chooses to enable. PrizeBot is offered as a single plan with all features included and a 30-day free trial. Pricing is $2.00 per user per month, billed at the end of each period.
