Privaproof Reviews & Product Details

Privaproof is a privacy-compliance kit built specifically for Australian real-estate agencies. Instead of a generic policy generator, you get solicitor-reviewed core documents: a privacy policy, APP 5 collection notices (open homes, rental applications, online enquiries) and a data-breach response plan. Supporting templates covering retention and destruction, access requests and complaints handling are drafted in house and awaiting the same review. You also get a free 2-minute self-audit that flags your gaps against the Australian Privacy Principles. The kit is kept current as the rules change, including the AML/CTF reforms reaching real estate from 1 July 2026. One agency office, cancel anytime. Compliance tools and general information, not legal advice.
