## About Priority ERP
Priority is a leading provider of scalable, flexible, and open cloud-based business management solutions for organizations of all sizes, from global enterprises to small and growing businesses. Recognized by leading industry analysts for continuous product innovation, Priority delivers real-time access to business data, processes, and insights from any desktop or mobile device. At the core of the platform lies a comprehensive system that unifies financials, CRM and sales, supply chain management, manufacturing, distribution, customer service, project management, warehouse management (WMS), human resources, and more within a single, integrated environment. Built on a modern, API-first architecture, Priority enables organizations to connect systems, automate workflows, and adapt processes without heavy reliance on development resources. A key advancement in recent versions is Priority aiERP, which embeds artificial intelligence directly into everyday business processes. Rather than operating as a separate layer, AI is built into the system to support how teams actually work. This includes: -aiERP Companion: a natural language interface that allows users to query data, generate reports, and create business rules using plain language -aiERP Advisor: real-time insights and recommendations based on live operational and financial data -AI Agents: task-specific agents that automate routine activities across departments, including: --Accounting (journal entries, VAT reporting, payment analysis) --Sales (customer creation, quotes, order processing, analytics) --Supply chain (purchase orders, vendor setup, inventory movements) --HR and payroll (employee onboarding, payroll processing) These capabilities are designed with a human-in-the-loop approach, ensuring users maintain control, validate outputs, and guide decision-making. Priority also supports advanced operational capabilities such as: -Native Warehouse Management (WMS) with real-time inventory control -Advanced Delivery Planning (ADP) for route optimization and logistics efficiency -Proof of Delivery (POD) mobile applications for end-to-end supply chain visibility -Built-in Business Process Management (BPM) for workflow automation -No-code tools including a Mobile App Generator and Portal Generator for rapid application development The platform supports multiple deployment models, including public cloud (hosted on AWS), hybrid, and on-premise environments, allowing organizations to scale and evolve without disruptive system replacements. With continuous upgrades and no forced end-of-life cycles, Priority enables long-term system stability while continuously introducing new capabilities. Priority’s cloud ERP has been recognized globally by analysts such as IDC (which named Priority a Major Player in AI-enabled ERP for midsize businesses) and Gartner, where it has been featured in the Magic Quadrant for several years. Today, more than 75,000 companies across 40 countries rely on Priority to manage their operations, gain visibility into their business, and adapt to changing market conditions.

## Priority ERP Reviews
 ### 1. Flexible, Intuitive ERP with Easy Automations and Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liel E. | Priority Team Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

We operate across a highly diverse range of industries and activities, including franchising, entrepreneurship, construction, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical systems installations, maintenance, transportation, and more — both locally and internationally.
Priority ERP provides the flexibility we need to tailor the system perfectly to each business activity while still maintaining shared modules that enable cross-organizational analysis, monitoring, and control.

In addition, we are able to create automations and integrations relatively easily, allowing us to respond quickly to a very large number of business requirements. This significantly improves efficiency and enhances the daily experience of end users.

From a user experience perspective, Priority ERP is highly intuitive and visually user-friendly, making it easy to locate functions and processes even when users are not fully familiar with them.

Another major advantage is that the system almost completely eliminates the need for external software development, as nearly any automation, workflow, or report can be developed directly within the platform itself. When integration with external systems is required, the process is straightforward thanks to the simple and effective API tools the system provides.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

Product support should be more efficient and better aligned, especially when working with international partners.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Priority ERP helps solve key business challenges by preventing budget overruns, enabling smart and optimized procurement processes, and reducing repetitive manual work through automation. In addition, the system helps minimize errors by implementing unique validations, controls, and approval restrictions.

 ### 2. Highly Recommended ERP: Easy to Use, Scales with Full Operational Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ephi s. | IT Manager and Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

The system is fully implemented across our company, covering purchasing, production, and finance operations, with full use of the mobile application. Thanks to the system, the company is able to grow while still maintaining complete control over all operations, including remote branches. The application is easy to use, even for non-technical users. In addition, the system’s development capabilities make it easy to customize according to our needs. As an ERP system, it is highly recommended.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

As an IT Manager, it is difficult to find weaknesses in the system, but one thing that can be said is that because it is such a large and complex system, the training materials and guidance should be clearer and easier to understand.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It enables the management of highly complex information in a user-friendly way and provides full control over all operations, along with a wide range of automations. It also allows each type of user to access only the information they need and perform actions according to their specific role and responsibilities.

 ### 3. Reliable, User-Friendly ERP with Strong Customization and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KELLY D. | ERP Implementor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Priority Software is a reliable and user-friendly ERP system that helps businesses manage operations efficiently in one platform. It offers strong customization options, useful reporting tools, and a smooth user experience compared to many traditional ERP solutions. Overall, it’s a great choice for companies looking for a flexible and scalable business management system.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

Priority is a powerful and user-friendly system that helps manage many business processes in one place efficiently. Since the system offers many features and capabilities, it can take a little time to get familiar with everything at first, but once you do, it becomes very convenient and effective to work with.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Priority ERP helps us streamline daily operations by centralizing processes such as inventory management, purchasing, finance, and reporting in one system. It improves efficiency, reduces manual work, and gives better visibility into business data, helping our team make faster and more accurate decisions.

 ### 4. Priority ERP: Flexible, Fully Integrated, and Ideal for Complex Manufacturing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liat E. | CIO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Priority ERP is a highly flexible system with a wide range of modules, making it suitable for diverse business needs. It is particularly well-suited for manufacturing companies, including those with complex production processes involving multi-level bills of materials and detailed work orders.
The system offers strong integration between various modules, including finance, inventory, production, customer management, and point-of-sale operations. This level of integration improves data flow and operational efficiency across the organization.
Additionally, Priority provides a wide variety of essential reports that support decision-making and day-to-day management.
Recently, we implemented the Warehouse Management System (WMS) module, which effectively addresses our requirements for supply chain management and provides a solid solution for modern warehouse and logistics operations.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

For organizations working with the on-premise Version rather than the "cloud solution" ( Priority software Cloud solution) , frequent version upgrades are required. These upgrade processes can be time-consuming and, at times, quite cumbersome

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The system effectively addresses our needs in production management, including (BOM) bills of materials, production recipes, inventory control, warehouse management, production traceability, and production planning.

 ### 5. Priority ERP: Modern, Flexible, and Built for Complex Logistics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nadav k. | Priority Solution Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Subject: Priority ERP – A Powerful and Flexible Solution for Complex Business Needs

Over the past few years, Priority has taken a huge step forward. The UI and overall user experience have clearly become a major focus, and it really shows. The system looks modern, feels far more intuitive, and the steady stream of updates has genuinely changed the way we work with it.

The range of new features—and the level of flexibility the platform provides—feels almost limitless. There’s hardly any business process I’ve wanted to implement that couldn’t be done in Priority. And even when something isn’t available out of the box, the system’s flexibility makes it straightforward to customize and develop exactly what you need.

With my logistics background, I’ve been especially impressed by Priority’s WMS. It handles highly complex logistical challenges smoothly and opens up a lot of possibilities for warehouse management.

Overall, I highly recommend Priority—not only for the software itself, but also for the strong community around it, which consistently provides answers when you need them. It’s clear the team behind the system is thinking ahead, and the future with Priority looks very promising.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

That said, if there’s one area that still needs improvement, it’s communication. With so many great updates and new features being rolled out, it often feels like the community and customers are left in the dark. It’s not enough to build impressive tools—you also need to communicate them clearly, explain what they do and why they matter, and keep everyone properly informed about what’s new.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When it comes to the problems Priority has solved for me—honestly, where do I even start? There’s just so much. But if I step back and look at the big picture, the system has cleared up countless issues for us, especially around complex logistical processes and heavy regulation. Handling all that regulatory work without Priority would have been an absolute nightmare. That’s genuinely one of its biggest strengths: it takes care of those headaches end to end, leaving me with basically zero compliance maintenance to worry about.

 ### 6. Flexible and Customizable ERP Solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nir P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

I like that Priority ERP is flexible and can be adapted and customized without heavy development, allowing it to fit the unique processes of our organization. The system's user experience is relatively intuitive while still providing deep capabilities in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and more. As a global company with subsidiaries in multiple countries, I appreciate Priority ERP's ability to support local financial and regulatory requirements through specific integrations and customizations. The system is user-friendly enough that adoption by local teams across different regions was relatively fast and smooth. When our business needs evolve, Priority ERP’s capabilities allow us to move forward smoothly and adapt the system to our changing requirements.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

While being flexible and powerful, some areas feel outdated compared to newer cloud-based ERP platforms, among them I can see BI and dashboard capabilities or the CRM module.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Priority ERP for full traceability from raw material to end product, and it adapts to unique processes without heavy development. It supports local financial needs and enables smooth adoption across regions due to its user-friendly experience and deep capabilities.

 ### 7. Priority ERP: Reliable, Flexible, and Fast to Implement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Itay Z. | Deputy Manager, Team Leader, Planning and Control in Manufacturing Dept, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

I have been working with Priority ERP for over 16 years across two different organizations where I served as a senior executive, and for the past decade it has been successfully implemented within my current company.
From my experience, Priority stands out as a highly reliable and flexible ERP platform that truly supports the evolving needs of a modern business environment. Its modular and scalable architecture allows organizations to adapt quickly, optimize processes, and maintain full operational visibility across all business functions.
One of the most significant advantages of Priority is the ease of implementation. Compared to many traditional ERP systems, the onboarding process is smooth and efficient, enabling organizations to achieve value in a relatively short timeframe.
In addition, the system is exceptionally flexible, offering strong customization capabilities that allow it to be tailored to the specific requirements of different industries and business models. This flexibility empowers companies to work more efficiently, streamline operations, and respond quickly to market changes.
Overall, Priority ERP has proven to be a strategic asset throughout my career. It enables businesses to operate in a dynamic and agile manner while maintaining simplicity and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for organizations that prioritize both flexibility and fast implementation.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

The pricing is generally competitive and offers good value for money, although in some cases it can be on the higher side depending on the scope and customization required.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the most significant advantages of Priority is the ease of implementation. Compared to many traditional ERP systems, the onboarding process is smooth and efficient, enabling organizations to achieve value in a relatively short timeframe. [thecfoclub.com]

 ### 26. Streamlines the sales process

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Priority's best features are that it has a multitude of ways to keep track of information specific to inventory items, special prices, customer discounts, customer profiles, and users. Information that previously had to be stored in offline files or other applications is now all stored in one place for easy recall. Supporting documentation, files, pictures, notes, special prices, product details, specifications, links to outside resources, and customer specific information is easily stored and retrieved. Several automatic features recall this information when necessary removing the need for the user to rely on memory or other sources. Pop-ups, autofill, business rules, automatic notifications, auto generated tasks and system generated emails save time and effort and eliminate errors. Special agreements with customers, unusual cases and anything out of the ordinary process can be easily handled by Priority's features.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

Printouts and reports are extremely difficult and tedious to customize. The program has hundreds of default reports and users can build almost any report imaginable, but the default formats require a lot of work to customize. Default layouts are minimally customizable and templates require a lot of work to customize.

**Recommendations to others considering Priority ERP:**

Priority has accounting features and can handle accounting features, but accounting is not its strongpoint. Accounting procedures require more hands-on data manipulation than other software packages designed for accounting. Priority is an ERP which does a great job of handling standard business practices such as CRM, sales, purchasing, shipping, warehouse control, inventory management (MRP), and business planning but lacks strength when it comes to basic accounting features. Its features suffice and the accounting failings can be overlooked to the strengths of its other features, but if you want a strong accounting package, Priority may not fit the requirements.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The sales process, from leads and opportunities, to quotes, sales and invoicing is streamlined with Priority. The ability to keep all points of the process connected makes business analysis simpler.

We have found that users are able to accomplish more and work more efficiently when relying on Priority's features for streamlining business processes.

 ### 27. Fast and easy to use.

The ability to 'click through' means you can very easily navigate from an opportunity to a quote and then on to the sales order and so on. No need to copy and paste numbers between the forms. Also it is very easy to modify the forms in the system to suit your specific role. I've used both desktop and mobile Priority for over 6 years and during that time have trimmed down the fields to show only what I need. It really simplifies the interface.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

Difficult one. I used to be frustrated by not being able to change the number of lines in view in the forms but they introduced a scroll bar a couple of versions ago which means you just slide the bars up or down to hide/reveal more lines.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My role is Sales so I rely heavily on the CRM element of the system. It's easy to set reminders to call prospects and record any comments. Having Priority mobile means I can access client information from anywhere without having to call the office.

 ### 28. Easy for users, easy for managers too!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cherry M. | Software Support Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

The capabilities of Priority shine through. There are a lot of options to customize each and every aspect to fit your own work processes. It is easy for users to record data keeping within the set flow. It is equally as easy for a manager to set up and maintain the work flow. It can easily be updated if something changes.

The system management tools are intuitive and useful, for example the management of users and privileges can be done with a few clicks.

I praise Priority for ease of importing and exporting data. From the built in data migration tools, to the ability to paste directly into forms, and the built in API tools which mean it is easily integrated with any other system.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

The menu is large because there are so many different available forms, reports and programs. It can be overwhelming.

However his can be overcome by means of managing privileges or user favourites, to limit people seeing what they don't need to see or to give them ability to maintain their own list of most used entities.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Priority on a day to day basis to manage daily tasks and to log service calls using the customer service module. The collaborative environment means my team and I are able to distribute calls fairly and always have good visibility on what everyone is doing at one time.
Each time we make a note in a service call, it is indexed in our enterprise search so we can search back through them in the future by keyword.

As a manager, I use the Business Process Management flow chart to restrict our work flow. I decide which status a service call can move to and what rules apply in each case. It helps prevent mistakes and missing out any crucial information.

The Business Process Management is also used to send automatic updates to customers when their call changes status. This maintains good communication without us having to take the time to communicate separately each time something happens.

I record my work hours in Priority which helps me track what I was working on. I am able to report on this and ensure my hours are up to date.

 ### 29. Easy to use and learn - for someone who is 'not' tech-savvy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Priority’s intuitive user interface with HELP tools. For our team, this was really important. It made learning the system, relatively easy, plus the screens are customizable. We can personalize our home page and our screens according to our individual needs and roles. Priority also has a really user-friendly dashboard, shortcuts to open tasks, and you can pin your most used items right up front for fast and easy access.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

For some new users, there's a lot to handle, especially when trying to see the data and build a new table. New users have to be patient and with proper training from the vendor, which we did receive, the learning curve can be shorter than anticipated.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For starters, we said goodbye to our spreadsheet and our manual processes! For the first time ever, we had a real-time view of our operations - every department, from admin, finance, and customer service, to scheduling and project planning. We efficiently used our staff, our time and our resources to work faster and smarter. We also improved the customer experience, from initial orders, billing and invoicing, and project management from start to finish.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonya B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2020

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Priority is multi faceted that it takes so much pain away. From the Mobile applications to the sales/purchasing/manufacturing processes and the flexibility of integrating with other tools and the detailed Business Process Management allows some serious competition in the ERP market.
One other great thing about Priority is the constant upgrades and interaction with its customers and partners.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

There is nothing about Priority that I dislike but with all systems there are areas for improvement such as developing the mobile application and localisations in more countries throughout the Globe.

The use of a bespoke database and separate spreadsheets have all been eliminated by introducing Priority. The time saving and instant visibility of P&L allows immediate action to grow the business.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jorge t. | Abogado, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

Priority understood that to help users and meet the needs of their organization by providing multiple options and edges that are designed to adapt to each type of company despite having a variety of options that at first sight overwhelm, are not complicated as they are aimed to specific uses. When you have the option that covers your needs and you use it, that's where you realize it's easy to use, just that you have to adapt. The remarkable thing is their customer service that is good and attentive, in my previous work they implemented the use of Priority and they found it phenomenal, by recommendation to my bosses I commented my experiences in my previous work and one of them was the use of this software in their internal processes to manage the company and they thought it was a good idea to study the possibility of implementing this software within the company

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

in some occasion it is uninstalled in and opportunities we have to reinstall it, on the other hand I would like the concept of minimalism to be applied more, to simplify the platform more to make it more intuitive this is something you need to work on the rest are on track

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my previous work this software was implemented and the administrative team worked well since it was implemented with a reservation and travel and recreation sotware, in my current work it was implemented and the work team is joining the system

 ### 44. Priority Pro - not the best

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2019

**What do you like best about Priority ERP?**

It's a very simple design, not too many inputs required - at least the way we've configured it. I use it every day on the inside sales force, it's more difficult for the outside reps.

**What do you dislike about Priority ERP?**

Not very intuitive, took a while to really learn the ins and outs. I guess I'm spoiled on SalesForce - but that does too much, too many reports! Once you get used to it, it can accomplish all your goals of an ERP - again, I only rely on it for CRM.

**Recommendations to others considering Priority ERP:**

It's a great solution for a small to mid-size company. I think larger companies will want more out of it, especially if they have large outside of office employees.

**What problems is Priority ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it as our CRM - keeps track of prospecting and opportunities from start to close. It's useful to keep track of contact management, notes on progress, points of contact and opportunity progress.
