**What do you like best about PrintFASTQ?**

More than a printing software, it is a software for controlling printing costs, and the truth is that it does it very well. Manage printing costs, make reports on future costs, give advice on how to do it, ... is quite complete.

**What do you dislike about PrintFASTQ?**

I think the way they sell it is not the best. Its support is somewhat deficient and above all the website selling the product is horrifying. I think they should focus on small-medium-sized companies ...

**Recommendations to others considering PrintFASTQ:**

What has been said, that they modify the website and that they focus on selling for medium or small businesses. And to improve the support please.

**What problems is PrintFASTQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It only serves to calculate costs in companies that print things with high costs (books, marqueting materials, catalogs, ...)
