Prime was a good program for its time and was easy to use. Reporting was able to be taken to more depths than other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not enough client and policy visible data compared to other programs. Not easy to find information needed on an account. Limitations as to what can be input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
