**What do you like best about Prime?**

Prime was a good program for its time and was easy to use.  Reporting was able to be taken to more depths than other programs.

**What do you dislike about Prime?**

Not enough client and policy visible data compared to other programs.  Not easy to find information needed on an account.  Limitations as to what can be input.

**What problems is Prime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I do not have any issues as we are no longer using this program.
