I like the cross referencing of data and the carryover of data during different phases of an offender timeline. I also like the recent updates to make the system more compatible across different browsers. The system works great to allow multiple users working seamlessly to access and add information. The system also allows for a great range of control to allow different users different access to the information they need. A major strength of the system is to allow access to users who are not logged in directly to the network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The greatest dislike I have is the multiple clicks to accomplish a simple task. Many time there will be several clicks just to upload a routine document. It is disappointing that there is not an automatic save feature or a last restore function when you are in the middle of a document and lose connectivity. It seems as though something that is accomplished very simply in something like google docs would be easy enough to accomplish in a connected database system implemented on a professional level. It is also frustrating that if you copy and paste information that it does not always format correctly and at times can even cause a malfunction in the system.
