1) The reporting tools help us easily track and respond to MAP pricing violations within our dealer network 2) Price2Spy's customizable dashboard allows me to fine tune the data that's most important to me for quick access 3) Automated reports via email 4) SUPPORT TEAM! What do you dislike about Price2Spy?

There are some tasks that I wish I could complete myself (such as deleting an entire website domain from tracking) and I need to coordinate this through Price2Spy support. Luckily, their support team is amazing and they complete these updates promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good software - easy to use - very quick response in case of problems"

What do you like best about Price2Spy?

Software is user-friendly. But most important is that it's not a company that works with auto-bots but that you can mail or talk to your account responsible. If there are problems, they were solved quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Price2Spy?

User friendly but this also means you can not adjust everything yourself. An engineer of price-2-spy needs to do this in the backoffice. Example: adding competitors you want to have excluded from the results. However: they answered always quickly so not a very big problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Price2Spy?

Everything that we've tried so far has worked perfectly. If I have to choose, then I would say that price change alert emails are a very handy feature. We get a notification as soon as some price change occurs, so we are able to act accordingly. The reports that Price2Spy's team can provide you is another valuable thing. What do you dislike about Price2Spy?

There is nothing that I dislike about this tool. Whenever we had some problems with the reports, their support team was there for us, and I must say that they are extremely helpful and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
