"Great price tracking tool with great support."

5/5

What do you like best about Price2Spy?

Great tool for tracking competition prices. It works exactly as we need it and regularly reports price changes. The interface is understandable even for beginners. The support is very helpful and responds quickly. After the initial setup, the tool immediately started collecting data, and we immediately saw changes in prices. "Keep your prices alligned with the competitors"

4/5

What do you like best about Price2Spy?

There are a lot of websites being monitored, and they even manage to retrieve prices from B2B sites that are actually hidden behind a login. The program shows you when the price was changed and how expensive the product has become. You can pick out direct competitors and watch them closely. The display is graphical and you can see immediately where you stand in relation to your competitors with your prices. Rules are also easily created, which Price2Spy uses to adjust your prices to match or outperform the competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Price2Spy?

It would be good if there was a way to include pages that are not automatically monitored by Price2Spy in the monitoring process. Also the UI is a bit old-fashioned and could use a new fresh look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Price2Spy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monitoring of prices of the competition, so that one does not become surprised by sudden promotions which lead possibly to less to no sales. Avoid that the competition raises the price and we offer products far too cheap. With a large number of items, this would be impossible to do manually and on several ecommerce sites. "P2S - Next Level Pricing"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Price2Spy?

- Great Customer Support

- Great Services

- Competitive Subscription Prices

- Tools for any pricing needs

- Ability to bypass stealth protected websites

- Flexibility in providing a user the experience it needs

Price2Spy surely offers a lot of features, most of them which we are not using yet, but it is clearly that it has options for any business type, be it more simple or advanced (it can get very advanced if you really want it to, your account manager will be able to help you with this for sure). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Price2Spy?

So far we can't tell anything bad, everything works as advertised, customer support and account manager do a great job! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Price2Spy:

Disregard other competitors, you will only lose time and maybe money. Price2Spy is able to meet your needs, and 100% has a subscription plan that would work for your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Price2Spy solving and how is that benefiting you?

- No more manual pricing adjustments for thousands of products

- Automated workflow that keeps our business competitive

- Reports showing activity from our main competitors

Price2Spy helped us by taking these repricing and reports tasks away from human employees, letting us put the human workforce to other tasks which can't be accomplished by AI, thus becoming more efficient as a company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
