"Read the T&C carefully, if you don't want to be double charged"

What do you like best about Price2Spy?

The software itself has all the mandatory features for SME with quite intelligent UX. It takes time to set up, but you don't need any additional programming skills to make it happen. The sales support is very supportive and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Price2Spy?

As soon as You understand that service is not required anymore, the end of your beautiful friendship will start. Instead of the customer, you will be treated as a mentally disabled person who does not reads T&C. Frankly speaking, these T&Cs are written in quite a manipulative manner, and You won't understand that in mind until it happens. Practical takeaways to save your time and money if you decide to refuse the service for any reason :

You need to inform Price2Spy 30 DAYS in advance officialy

There is no automated option to pop out without the APPROVAL

As soon you will decide to leave, HARD-SELLING e-mails will start

Please LEAVE MORE THAN 30 DAYS to handle "are you sure" or "your data will be unavailable" to say clearly and GET THE APPROVAL to quit

Do not invest time but say frankly - I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION

You CAN'T REMOVE your credit card details, as they have complete control of them from the moment you subscribed

If Your subscription isn't stopped on the EXACT DATE then it started, you will be charged for an EXTRA month (actually 60 days instead of 30) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A price monitoring tool with a great customizability"

What do you like best about Price2Spy?

Besides the accuracy, the thing that we found extremely useful is the level of flexibility and customizability that Price2Spy can offer. We're using different kinds of reports, one of them being Pricing dynamics and our support agent was able to help us to change a few things so that the report becomes even more suitable for us. Moreover, the setting up process was pretty simple and all the reports are well-presented and understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
