The program shows you when the price was changed and how expensive the product has become. You can pick out direct competitors and watch them closely. The display is graphical and you can see immediately where you stand in relation to your competitors with your prices. Rules are also easily created, which Price2Spy uses to adjust your prices to match or outperform the competition. **What do you dislike about Price2Spy?** It would be good if there was a way to include pages that are not automatically monitored by Price2Spy in the monitoring process. Also the UI is a bit old-fashioned and could use a new fresh look. **What problems is Price2Spy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Monitoring of prices of the competition, so that one does not become surprised by sudden promotions which lead possibly to less to no sales. Avoid that the competition raises the price and we offer products far too cheap. The most relevant is the possibility to incorporate additional fields into the product database and the management of multicurrency. Support equipment also stands out. In our case, they always presented different solutions to our particular needs. **What do you dislike about Price2Spy?** The software solved 100% of our needs. We requested an addition to the software to include resellers in Market Places, which was resolved by Price2Spy engineers. **Recommendations to others considering Price2Spy:** When we started the evaluation, in 48 hours we were already receiving daily information about the prices we were interested in following in 2 countries, and in a week we had already generated automated reports for our employees so they could start working with the relevant information in each country. In the end, we require information from 10 countries.
