Skills assessments are still new and very numerous - it is a bit taxing to find out what could be the right fit. Additonally, some of the testing is very time consuming. I'd like to do Prevue culture/job fit assessments and a skills assessment. however, asking an entry level candidate to spend 40+min on a pre-interview/pre-hire assessment is a little too much to ask. The questions that are asked are able to produce a much more in-depth character assessment of a candidate than an interview can.

Let's face it, folks. Hiring is a absoluty and total crapshoot. We have been using Prevue as a company for over 15 years and have build a library of successful and unsuccessful employee experiences that have helped us craft job-specific results profiles that guide us in our decision-making process *during* the interview process and *before* an offer is made. It also provides hiring managers with specific questions to ask candidates during the interview process based on the results of their Assessment. This tool is *invaluable* and you should be using it already.

Initially, we were not able to import some aging Prevue Assessments that we had accomplished through a third-party partner before going direct as a client of Prevue. This was troublesome as we could not overlay those tests with the balance of our results. What I like best about Prevue are the interview guides. We've found that even if a candidate is out of range on a given band, with a little investigation we often have a very productive conversation with the candidate. Prevue has leveled up our interviews!

It was super easy to implement Prevue. Took just a couple of hours to train the managers to use it and ever since it's been a blast.

We use Prevue multiple times a week since we are a retailer filling many positions all the time.

I wish we could compare candidates side by side. It can be hard to download multiple packets at once, so we tend to have to do it one by one. With Prevue, I like that you can send various types of assessments and get multiple different views of how a person could fit into your organization. I like that Prevue also gives recommended questions to ask candidates for the next interview based on how their assessment results turned out. I'm not sure that I have a full understanding on how to read some of the results from the assessments that are sent out.
