I appreciate that if I am looking to push someone thru to the next step of our interview process, it helps the next interviewer to assess their personality before they speak. The form is very user friendly. It gives the interview er a variety of characteristics to get a good feel for the candidate. I use it sometimes even for candidates that I don't want to push forward in the interview process to ensure that the Preview and I are aligned on what we need in our candidates. For the price, the tool provides good insight into strengths and weakness of a potential candidate. Allows us to determine a baseline for a role and a candidate's relative fit for that role. Relative to other like solutions which provide deeper analysis, the price point more than compensates for the scaled down analysis. The account and support teams are top-notch. What I love the most is that it is custom to us, and it grows with us! The things that were missing at the start that other platforms had, they have been slowly working on adding even better versions of. All in all we love it and we love the service from the team! Sometimes my colleaugues note contradictions between team type and report. We have a very high number of detailers, all of whom seem like very different individuals, many of whom are certainly not detailers based on knowing them and based on their indvidual or job match reports. I like the questions provided to provide clarity in areas candidates are off the benchmark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Grammatical errors. It would also be great to be able to set the duration of which the link was active. It can default to 1 week, but to be able to shorten or extend the amoutn of time an individual candidate has to acccess and complete the assessment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use portal and great customer service. The assessment also takes 30-45 minutes to take, so it's not too long for the candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The names of some of the competencies are not easy to decipher (example: submissive vs assertive). The abilities section should be updated (why are we assessing shapes?). The report is also a bit long and wordy. The interview questions could use a lot of work (I don't use these questions). The way the dashboards are set up are not very user friendly. I would like more control over setting up my user accounts, branches, and user types. I would also like to be able to dowload the assessment results and skills test results from one place rather than clicking around to dowload the results from different screens. Prevue is easy to send to candidates to have them complete. It provides good instructions to them and alerts them several times if they are choosing too many middle of the road answers. It is amazing how many times people read their own results and say that they are very accurate to who they are. The assessments are fact based, easy to understand and give us good insight into how a person might work. You are able to customize it to what works for you and we are able to send unlimited assessments which makes us use it often. It gives you possible interview questions to ask if you need them. Our account manager is always available to jump on a call with us to explain something, help us build a new benchmark, etc. It didn't take long for us to implement and they continue to enhance their features year after year. We pretty much like everything about the tool. It was hard to think of anything. The only thing would maybe be that the Spanish translation sometimes doesn't read exactly like it would in English. Only one a few questions - not all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
