I liked that the assessments were easy to administer. There were different options to customize the areas that you wanted to assess during the administration of the survey. I liked that it was able to validate and add insight into the individual's personality, numeracy, reading, communication etc. These things are hard to assess during the interviewing and phone screening process and the assessment was able to give us some further validation on that. The assessments take some time to complete. It's not a quick assessment. If it was quicker, I feel that the software wouldn't be able to evaluate the individual properly, so I think it is a good length, but it's just not something that you can administer to every candidate if you want to ensure that candidates don't drop off within your recruitment process due to the length.
