Previo Costi calculates the true production cost of every product — raw materials, labor, and overhead — and suggests the right selling price via markup or target-margin pricing. It supports multi-level bills of materials (products used as sub-assemblies of other products), inventory management with multi-warehouse tracking, reorder-point alerts, and supplier price comparison per material. Quotes go through a full status pipeline (draft, sent, accepted, ordered, in production, delivered) with PDF and Word export. An AI-powered cost review flags data-entry anomalies and suggests pricing adjustments. Previo Costi integrates natively with Fatture in Cloud for the Italian market, supports multiple companies per account, and is available in 6 languages (Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German).
