Previo Costi calculates the true production cost of every product — raw materials, labor, and overhead — and suggests the right selling price via markup or target-margin pricing. It supports multi-level bills of materials (products used as sub-assemblies of other products), inventory management with multi-warehouse tracking, reorder-point alerts, and supplier price comparison per material. Quotes go through a full status pipeline (draft, sent, accepted, ordered, in production, delivered) with PDF and Word export. Previo Costi connects to WooCommerce online shops: orders are synced, the stock of the materials used is deducted as orders come in, and each product sold shows its real margin. An AI-powered cost review flags data-entry anomalies and suggests pricing adjustments. Previo Costi integrates natively with Fatture in Cloud for the Italian market, supports multiple companies per account and team members with roles, and is available in 6 languages (Italian, English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German).
