**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

I enjoyed my experience working with Pressboard! Our team used Pressboard a little differently than others, but it was great for the level of metrics it provides. I really appreciate how it can split up scroll depth by UTM type, the accurate average time as compared to Adobe or Google Analytics, and the automatic tracking of link clicks. Additionally, the labels made it easier to track campign performance holistically. We had a few questions from developers on set-up and our Pressboard representitive answered them quickly and thoroughly. A great daily tool.

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

Nothing really. It's a smaller company than some others so updates happen a little slower, but they take feedback into accounts so it's really nice to be able to help shape the tool.

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pressboard provides integrations for all platforms that we use which leads to significant time savings and a more informed team. The different user permissions makes it easier to give people only the relevant info that they need. I like the automated reporting as well.

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

Pressboard Studio has improved our campaign management by simplifying and consolidating the process onto one platform. The easy-to-create, real-time campaign performance dashboard is a game changer for our clients and sales teams. The reporting metrics are clearly outlined and provide valuable insights, allowing our clients to quickly comprehend their campaign's performance. The Pressboard team is fantastic to work with and is responsive to questions, and they're always looking for new tools to integrate with the platform.

With all the data in one place, Pressboard is a valuable time-saver!

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

There's nothing I dislike about Pressboard. It's made our jobs easier and has streamlined our reporting processes.

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We produce content for hundreds of local clients, and reporting in the past was time-consuming. Generating reports with Pressboard using custom templates has made our reporting process simple and efficient. Pressboard also allows us to monitor campaign performance at a glance, which again, saves time.

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

By far, the most valuable asset from Pressboard is their team - every question, concern, or recommendation we've made has been heard, with action being taken or a resolution provided. The platform itself is just as incredible; from high-level reporting to creating robust wrap reports to tracking performance in real-time, Pressboard has the option to include nearly every data point we need to report on. From the start of our relationship, the client feedback has also been stellar, allowing us to expedite reporting and provide high-quality data in almost any form that is requested.

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

Not much to dislike overall. Any issue that has come up has either been resolved or is on the roadmap for development.

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data cleanliness & standardization of reporting as well as giving us a simple way to provide our clients with real-time reporting and wrap reports tailored to their needs.

The efficiency you can combine data and the ease of support from our team at pressboard including Estelle and Jay,

The process is easy and integrations are straightforward

Nothing it works exactly as expected,any issues are usually resolved or built out immediately.

Combining all our campaign data into one easy to access location, and easily shareable and customisable.

Also being used as a reporting central point for the business.

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

I love that we are able to share the dashboards with clients so that they have direct access and visibility into how their campaigns are doing. The dashboards look great and are intuitive. In addition to that,  Pressboard is the first branded content measurement tool I have come across that integrates the majority of our measurement sources, including all social platforms (paid and organic)! And the product team is continuously adding new ones to the roadmap and is super accommodating to our feedback and product requests! The customer service is truly excellent!

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

I'd love for the campaign dashboard set up to be automated. Additionally, I'd love to have more charts to visualize metrics.

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves us a lot of time in reporting. We don't need to create tedious weekly excel spreadsheets and PPTs for our clients since all the key metrics are included in Pressboard!

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

The program is intuitive, fast, and continually evolving to improve even more. I appreciate that I have seen my own feedback implemented in real time -- this is something that we don't experience often in this day and age!

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

In the same way that "templates" can be created and used in the Reporting feature, it would be great to see templates available for use across the entire site; this would be helpful for those capturing the same data types time & time again.

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To capture and share campaign data with multiple clients is extremely time-consuming, but Pressboard makes it easy. What's more, in capturing each campaign on Pressboard, I simultaneously (and organically) create a central hub that I can return to for quick access to specific Facebook post links, Twitter shares, and more.

The product does what it should.  I map in my various reporting connections on each campaign and the data flows through and updates properly. The reporting tools make it easy to share campaigns with clients. And the reports look great.  The customer service is exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

There is nothing not to like about a great product supported by a great team.

**Recommendations to others considering Pressboard:**

I've worked with a few different report aggregators in career, and something always seems to break. We have not had issues with Pressboard. And their customer service is excellent.

It's a huge time saver to have one place to go for all the various data points in a given campaign. Clients are pleased with the quick access to reporting that looks great. So happy clients and a happy team are clearly benefits.

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

While other analytics products will try to adhere to a one-size-fits-all solution  (that you often find yourself "hacking" your way through to produce desired results), Pressboard's modular design and custom elements provide our team with ample freedom to structure our dashboards as WE need them, and take back control of our branded content reporting.

They have a fantastic team that is incredibly responsive to feedback and feature requests, and are quick to update their platform to further accommodate our ever-evolving measurement needs.

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

There are several social platforms that are still not yet supported. Though I know many integrations are on the 2021 roadmap, it would be undoubtedly helpful for our team if we could eventually measure posts and ads from TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat - allowing Pressboard to become the one-stop-shop measurement solution we would love to see it become.

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pressboard's customization options have been a huge help in ensuring our measurement remains organized, even as the campaigns themselves become larger and more intricate as a result. The ability to provide custom naming and notes to Stories for example, though simple as a feature, ensures we can label new uploads exactly as they are detailed on our media plans, avoiding any discrepancies between stakeholders. This, combined with the ability to track delivery relative to a key performance goal, provides a level of transparency and authority across users that ensures campaigns always deliver in full and on-time.

Nothing. It's a great addition to my team

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pressboard's detailed reports for sponsored content are unique as all the data is available on their custom dashboard.  Reads, engagement, social interaction, URL clicks, etc are all easily accessible in one place, which clients appreciate. The reports are easy to understand and save so much time. In the past, I would have to gather this information from various sources and spend hours creating a report for my clients. Now, I can monitor how a sponsored content piece performs in real-time and send my clients a detailed post-campaign report. It's made my job more efficient, and clients appreciate how transparent the reporting is.  Jay & the support team at Pressboard are fantastic.  Any questions are answered very quickly!

1) The responsiveness of Jay for any ongoing issue or question
2) The fact that StudioStack is so smooth to navigate, very user friendly
3) The  reporting tool is very helpful

1) The fact that there is no autocorrect or "un-send" option
2) The fact that we cannot bold or underline text in the messages

**Recommendations to others considering Pressboard:**

1) Don't be shy to contact Studiostack's support team for any ongoing issues or questions
2) Remember that it automatically logs out after a couple of hours so make sure to double-check if all messages were sent correctly

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Having more than one aspect in one place (Message thread, Reporting, etc...)
2) Being able to track the results in live mode
3) Being able to customize the reports in a very simple and efficient way

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

I love that Pressboard Studio has helped us streamline our campaign management processes. Gone are the days where we need to work on multiple platforms to manage our ad campaigns and pull reports from all different kinds of sources.

I also love that we can streamline our communication and collaboration with our clients within this tool, eliminating countless email threads and clogging our inboxes. 

Most of all, we love that we can offer clients a super intuitive dashboard where they can view the campaign performance and results in real-time vs generating multiple versions of spreadsheets that get lost in email threads.

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

Custom reports are built in a format that only best showcases performance for articles. It's not catered to other content formats like video, social-only campaigns, display-only campaign

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're currently working with Pressboard to build story labeling and data explorer that would facilitate building more comprehensive benchmark reports.

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

Pressboard's powerful tools and excellent service have impressed us immensely. The customizable analytics dashboards are a massive time saver and allow us to bring metrics from multiple sources and platforms into one place that clients and internal stakeholders can access at any time. In addition, Pressboard's customer support partners are among the best in the business. They are available at a moment's notice to talk through an issue and offer solutions. I cannot recommend Pressboard more.

We encountered a few data connection issues, but Pressboard's team was quick to address them and implement fixes.

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We produce content for dozens of clients at any given time and providing those clients with performance reports can be tedious and time-consuming. Pressboard allows us to organize all of that data and track campaign performance with ease. With Pressboard, we are able to pull data from multiple sources and add those metrics into personalized dashboards our clients can access at any time.

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

Pressboard has incredible features that allow us to manage content campaigns and prepare data for clients efficiently. It's easy to use, and the software does almost all the work for you! The reporting metrics are well-defined and useful; our clients can easily understand their campaigns' metrics clearly. The team at Pressboard is also accommodating - always ready to support when we have questions and still open to suggestions for ways to improve the platform and make it easier for us to use, which makes it feel like they are truly an extension of our team.

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

There is nothing to dislike for me, it makes my job easier. I don't use all the features it offers and wish I could incorporate them more.

You won't regret it. :)

Used to measure performance for Sponsored Content campaigns and social posts. The benefits for me are the metrics that set apart our tracking and reporting abilities for clients when compared to other providers. I've also learned a lot from Pressboard by exploring new features, that in turn helps us improve product appeal.

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

I love the reporting feature! There are so many metrics to use from, easy to make custom reports for all our clients.

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

I wouldn't say dislike,  but that could use some improvement, would be the message board. To include the bolding/italics/ underline/ highlight features. Another thing that I would love to see, is an undo or a delete button if we sent the message to the wrong client.

So many things! 
- avoiding numerous email threads created from clients 
- the possibility for clients to see their reporting tabs in 'real-time' so they don't harass us for numbers on an hourly basis lol
- a complete report to share with clients
- benchmark features, which are great to use, to incorporate in our business benchmarks.

**What do you like best about Pressboard?**

We've worked with Pressboard for 7 years and they've been a great technology partner. They're responsive to any questions or issues we've raised, and proactive with offering helpful insights on everything from improving workflows to reader engagement strategies. Our clients find the dashboard and reports easy to use and our sales executives appreciate its capacity to measure nearly all elements of a digital campaign.

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

There's a limit on what can be displayed in the share url reports, and we're currently missing the ability to capture some parts of the campaign, but Pressboard is very responsive to user feedback, and I know their development team is working on addressing both of these limitations with new features that are slated to roll out in the next few months.

**What problems is Pressboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to show our clients better analytics around reader engagement on their digital campaigns, and Pressboard's industry benchmarks help us identify our strengths and weaknesses.

I like how easy it is to navigate and use when browsing. It connects different competitors and allows for a person to see where they stand 

**What do you dislike about Pressboard?**

Sometimes it is not that fast when trying to view something. It make lag a little, yet that may be my connection

I recommend to look through all the resources first !
