Presio is the all-in-one HR software (HCM) that digitizes the entire employee lifecycle — for every company, from office teams to shift-based businesses: from restaurants and hotels to practices, care, trades, and construction. HR without paperwork: digital employment contracts signed with legally compliant e-signatures, a digital personnel file for every employee, and vacation, sick leave, and approvals as simple workflows — all AI-assisted. Time tracking made easy: employees clock in via smartphone, browser, or kiosk tablet; statutory breaks are applied automatically and overtime is tracked in a working-time account. Optional shift scheduling shows requests, availability, and absences right in the roster.
