The goal was to implement People Technology to replace outdated systems and in many areas, for the first time in the company's history. **What do you like best about Presence of IT?** Presence offered unbiased, helpful advice from the get go (before we even contracted with them!) and felt like true partners in the project. With a completely greenfield team, we could not have achieved on time, on budget implementation through many difference iterations without their help. **What do you dislike about Presence of IT?** There was really nothing I disliked about POIT. Certainly we did work with a consultant that wasn't the best fit for our business, but POIT were very quick to address this and ensure that the team we worked with suited us. **Recommendations to others considering Presence of IT:** The premium provider for SAP SF consulting and implementation, in my opinion. **What problems is Presence of IT solving and how is that benefiting you?** POIT helped to solve problems daily - from support, to building the first ever operational organisation chart for the company, POIT has a solutions-focussed, can do approach. Multiple benefits have been realised from the partnership.
