We also love the flexibility of communicating using different methods of communication. **What do you dislike about Preparis?** Currently, we do not have any dislikes. Whenever you have questions of features you would like to see. Give them a minute and often times that feature is added because you may not be the only one who has inquired about that feature. **What problems is Preparis solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had an issue where all users were not receiving alert notifications. After our representative reviewed our messages, we learned that you cannot cross entities. If you are sending to a group, stick with groups; if you are sending to departments, stick with that entity. Do not cross entities. ### 2. Also, comprehensive communication channels to gather stakeholders for every process is a hug plus for process execution. ### 3. The two-way messaging and document repository functionality are some of the best features among the whole host of features that lets enterprises share/upload documents with co-workers to be accessed from several mobile devices. **What do you dislike about Preparis?** No drawbacks or dislikes to report. Everything works exactly as it should. **What problems is Preparis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Despite being based in the United States, PreParis serves global customers, which was great for us. Our business was well equipped for incident management and gave us a lot of peace of mind to focus our energies on our work. ### 4. It works so well and provides me with all my incident management needs. If I need to send a message it is super easy and there are so many training resources available for my team. **What do you dislike about Preparis?** There are a lot of different tools within the portal and sometimes I wish there were better explanations around the different fields.
