PipelineSuite® is cloud-based bid management/solicitation software used by general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to simplify the bidding process. In PipelineSuite®, bid invitations or addenda can be sent in minutes.  You can set automatic bid reminders, track sub activity, and qualify your subs.  You even have the ability to create Bid Packages and Bid Phases where invites can be sent with different scope verbiage and bid dates while restricting plans and specs.  PipelineSuite also has a robust forms builder which is typically used for prequalification but you can make any form electronic.
