What do you like best about PracticeProtect?

The customer service is simple. Just email, and within a few minutes, you have a Tech Support person (Kurt is a champion) assisting you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?

I wouldn't say it's a dislike, but if we could add apps in Chrome, instead of having to use Firefox, it would be handy. But it is a real minor thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PracticeProtect?

What I like best about Practice Protect is that they are accomodating and patient. Even from the slightest to most urgent, they will accommodate you no matter what. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PracticeProtect?

Late response due to the level of priority set by them. I don't really hate this as I understand the level of priority, but for some reason, it is not always the same for each company or professionals at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PracticeProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Access to all web-based applications our company uses with a single log-in credential. It's beneficial to have a portal with all the applications you used in the company with just a single log-in credential. It's time-saving and harmless as you don't need to remember all the passwords to each application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
