I don’t have many negative things to say; I would just like the tasks to be better organized. Sometimes, certain tasks end up at the bottom of the list, even when sorted by date, which makes it harder to clearly see the pending tasks. But that’s the only recommendation I have. The ability to manage bililng and receive payments via PantherPayments save time and collects on revenue. The ability to have a client portal for document sharing is useful. Every week it seems I am learning something new about Practice Panther --- the "relationships" tab is helping me in the personal injury realm to keep track of my client's doctors and billers.
