The limited media database is not helping me reach an audience. **What do you dislike about PR Max?** The analytics feature is not valuable as it fails to enable me to monitor the impact of my releases. I've witnessed an decrease in media coverage and brand recognition. One aspect that needs to be improved with PR Max is its user interface, which feels lackluster and sometimes confusing, for users. **What problems is PR Max solving and how is that benefiting you?** Navigating through the platform becomes frustrating leading to decreased productivity. The customer support uses some improvement as they often seem unresponsive and provide assistance when issues arise. These areas of concern affect the experience and effectiveness of using PR Max. ### 2. Also, the content plans are very helpful when it comes to write interesting press releases. Their extensive monitoring tool is a plus. **What do you dislike about PR Max?** Unfortunately I can onl use PR Max for UK press and not for Europe or the US. Their database is spezialized on the UK. **What problems is PR Max solving and how is that benefiting you?** PR Max is helping finding the right contacts for my press releases. ### 3. I can track down every media contact I need to ensure that our clients' stories always hit the mark. **What do you dislike about PR Max?** I genuinely can't think of any downsides to PRmax. Their forward features function is incredibly useful and I can also show my clients just how well their campaigns are going with the clippings services. **What problems is PR Max solving and how is that benefiting you?** Post Covid-19 it has been increasingly difficult to get hold of editors and journalists, many of whom are stll working remotely. PRmax is able to ensure that I always have the up to date contact details, without having to try to get contact details from the media outlets in question. ### 4.
