What do you like best about POWR?

Franz on the support team was great in processing a refund for an errant charge. He was prompt and the refund was in my account before the ticket was even closed. It's nice to see companies with great customer service and integrity in this day and age. Kudos to POWR. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Waste of time, shady business model"

Garbage. Complete and total garbage.

Busniess model:

It markets itself during your journey to find functions already availabale to you on your development platform (in my case, Wix). It obfuscates the options you're already paying for in your package, and then tries to extract money from you for the exact same fucntions.

Functionality:

I got it on my site. I started recieving responses to a poll I made with it. It says "upgrade to get more that 25 responses." Fair enough (though it's really very Candy Crush of them). But I couldn't look at the responses I had already gotten without signing into their app:

The app is on my site. My users are able to use it. But I'm not?

I tried signing in over and over, changing the password, again and again, and it just refreshes to the sign in/ sign up page like I did nothing at all. So I can't sign in and the only reason they're making me sign in is to look at the mere 11 RESPONSES I've gotten to one poll I've created.

I've wasted so much time with these people I figured I'd waste 5 more minutes writing this review.
