Visual canvas to build the routing rules is awesome. We are able to see our entire routing flow and update it as needed. The PR team was exceptional in onboarding and worked closely with us to understand our requirements and adapt to our changing needs. We had quite a few changes as we started working with them. We have been using PowerRouter for two years now, and I absolutely love how easy it is to setup and manage. Our lead routing was complex and hard to manage with multiple territories & product segments. Changing things was a nightmare.
