I tried to use their trial service and the system wouldn't start working as it said it was calibrating. Since I only had a 7 day trial, I reached out to the company via email and they stated that my trial was over, and they don't issue refunds. Ever. Even though I never used the service. So, at this point, there is not best part. **What do you dislike about Potion?** Even after I asked for a refund, they continued to charge me for the last four months. They even had the nerve to tell me that I had to log back into their service just to cancel. Horrible. **What problems is Potion solving and how is that benefiting you?** No benefit at all. ### 2. And in the next 10 minutes, I sent it to my complete contact list in my Hubspot, super easy to integrate and implement. **What do you dislike about Potion?** It would be great if I could directly send personalized AI videos through your chrome extension. Maybe a feature that allows me to insert name on-the-go and send the generated video in almost real time? I especially like the cute witchy cat mascot they have. It's really quick and easy to set up your first video, you just follow the step-by-step instructions and make sure to put your head within the oval for the dynamic greeting. I'm still amazed that AI can do this and save me a ton of work. The teleprompter is great and so useful for recording. I also am surprised that you can also add in a dynamic screen recording by just entering the URL of a customer's website. It's mind-blowing how personalized this all looks. **What do you dislike about Potion?** The AI cloning of my voice is, unfortunately, horrendous. I was assured that the AI would be retrained and the team will manually review my recorded sentences, but it seems that the team is busy, so for now I will be recording each greeting on my own. It still saves time though. I also wish that we can add in more than 1 dynamic phrase. Right now it's only the names in the greeting that can be changed. I believe this is a feature that will come out in the future. I also would like the circle for the AI to be editable to different sizes. Right now the only way to get my face to fit in the circle is to have my laptop at more than an arm's length away. Which is very hard to manage when you need to type something or move your cursor as you record your video. **What problems is Potion solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had toyed with the idea of using Bonjoro or StoryExpress to create personal videos for my clients, but that was way too much work and hard to scale. With this, I can rest easy. It's so great to be able to put personalized video on automation. ### 7.
