Trial Never Worked, Ongoing Charges and Poor Support

I'm not really sure. I tried to use their trial service and the system wouldn't start working as it said it was calibrating. Since I only had a 7 day trial, I reached out to the company via email and they stated that my trial was over, and they don't issue refunds. Ever. Even though I never used the service. So, at this point, there is not best part.

Great for doing recruitment outreach

I find Potion to be a great fit in my sales arsenal, the platform is user friendly and I was able to create my first campaign within the first 10 minutes of signing up. And in the next 10 minutes, I sent it to my complete contact list in my Hubspot, super easy to integrate and implement.
