What do you like best about Potion?

I'm not really sure. I tried to use their trial service and the system wouldn't start working as it said it was calibrating. Since I only had a 7 day trial, I reached out to the company via email and they stated that my trial was over, and they don't issue refunds. Ever. Even though I never used the service. So, at this point, there is not best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Potion?

Even after I asked for a refund, they continued to charge me for the last four months. They even had the nerve to tell me that I had to log back into their service just to cancel. Horrible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
