Postal makes gifting pretty easy and straightforward - I can mix and match different items in a collection, or create collections for different audiences and send it via a personalized email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search function can be quite annoying across the platform. For example when you search back in your Orders, it only filters based on the page you're on. So you would need to click through page by page either way to find past Orders. Sometimes the search is iffy when searching for certain items in the marketplace, too. There are some glitches in the website, and the search functions are sometimes not that great. As well, I wish there was a way to see what messaging my team is sending along with a gift, so I could better pinpoint what is working and what is not. It is incredibly tough to get in touch with anyone at the company for support. We used to have a dedicated point of contact but no longer.
