What do you like best about Post Buffer?

I manage an education page where we try to share at least two posts every day across our social media accounts. Earlier, preparing content regularly was taking up a lot of my time. The AI Manager is probably my favourite part because it helps write captions, design posts, and suggest hashtags. I just review everything, make a few changes if needed, and approve it for publishing. The interface is simple, and connecting our different social accounts was quite easy. Publishing has been reliable so far, and I haven't faced many issues with the workflow. The AI suggestions also give us fresh ideas for keeping students engaged. Our biggest challenge was creating two posts every day without making social media management another full-time responsibility. What do you like best about Post Buffer?

I handle event-related activities in my company, so there is always something coming up, whether it is a webinar, live session, workshop, or course event. Earlier, I used to spend quite a bit of time coordinating social media posts around each event. With Post Buffer, I can prepare announcements for upcoming events in advance and schedule reminder posts across Facebook, Instagram, and X.

After an event, I can also plan photos, highlights, and thank-you posts without starting everything from scratch. The calendar is easy to follow, and the AI caption suggestions are helpful when I need to prepare several posts quickly. Connecting our accounts was also straightforward.

Sometimes I need to make changes to scheduled posts when an event date or speaker changes. Post Buffer has become a useful part of our weekly marketing routine. We normally prepare content for Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and X in batches, and the scheduling workflow makes that process much less disruptive to the rest of our work.
