**What do you like best about Porter?**

The guys at Porter have been great to work with in setting up my shop on their platform. They've been communicative throughout the process and receptive to my feedback as an early adopter. It's really streamlined my ability to do what I prefer to do as a Tattoo artist and has made my life easy handling the back-end day-to-day routines.

**What do you dislike about Porter?**

A few features need further development, but the team has committed to delivering them and even have shared insights into their rollout schedule (which I find unnecessary, I am just a Tattoo artist) which makes me feel more like a partner rather than just a customer.

**What problems is Porter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making my life easier by allowing me to focus on the art, rather than the business side of running my shop.
