Polished.CX Reviews & Product Details

Polished.CX is a real-time voice AI platform that makes live calls clearer without replacing the people on them. It solves the three problems that make phone conversations harder than they should be, background noise, accent-related comprehension friction, and language barriers, in one voice-processing layer that keeps every speaker sounding like themselves. Core capabilities: -Real-time noise cancellation, free: removes background sound from contact center floors, home offices, and public spaces with zero voice distortion -Accent localization: improves listener comprehension while preserving the speaker's natural voice, tone, rhythm, and identity -Live translation across 84 languages: participants speak their own language and are heard in the listener's language, in a voice that still sounds like them Why identity preservation matters: -Most solutions trade clarity for the speaker's identity, replacing the voice with a synthetic narrator -Polished.CX keeps agents and speakers recognizably themselves, so calls sound human, not processed -Comprehension goes up, repeat-and-rephrase cycles go down, and the human connection stays intact Fits your existing stack: -Works as a processing layer inside current voice infrastructure, no rip-and-replace Integration surfaces: SIP, WebRTC, browsers, contact center platforms, SDKs, and APIs -Adds capabilities to phone systems, voicebots, IVR environments, and custom voice pipelines -One pipeline instead of separate vendors for noise suppression, speech transformation, and translation Who it's for: -Contact centers and BPOs where noise and accents drive up handle time -Global sales and support organizations serving customers across languages -Distributed workforces taking calls from imperfect environments -Developers building voice products that need speech enhancement, transformation, or translation as infrastructure Pricing: -Noise cancellation: free -Accent conversion: $25 per user per month -Translation: $25 per user per month for 25 hours, then billed hourly -Getting started costs nothing
