What do you like best about PolicyManager?

It is excellent for more prominent companies to assign and update all policies within the company. The "attest" feature is great for saving on paper waste and helping the enivronment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PolicyManager?

If you forget your password, it is a challenge to unlock your account yourself. The administration has to reset the file for their clients, so that part can be tedious if multiple employees forget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PolicyManager solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves on paper! My biggest problem. It also allows for multiple employees to use it at the same time for efficiency. Businesses with over 150+ employees would greatly benefit from using this program. It keeps track of who has attested policies so that those internal problems can be addressed head-on. What do you like best about PolicyManager?

The most helpful feature of PolicyManager is the user interface. It is so intuitive and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PolicyManager?

The downsides of the PolicyManager is that it can slow at times. Sometimes taking anywhere between 5 seconds to 10 seconds to open a link. That is something that can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If your looking for a great way to keep your policies updated and compliant this is the program for you. There is also great ways to monitor and run reports. Another plus is being able to link the policies with TJC and other outside resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PolicyManager?

The Content Linkage feature is really helpful because now we can provide clickable links to related documents within a policy rather than just references them in the body of the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PolicyManager?

We found that some required fields in Contracts Manager were not relevant to our workflow and so required data entry that was non-value adding. Configuring the workflows for new projects can be very complicated, especially if the process is not well-defined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
