For larger companies, this reviewer finds the program excellent for managing and updating policies, especially appreciating the eco-friendly "attest" feature. It can be tedious to recover accounts if passwords are forgotten, requiring administrative help.

The downsides of the PolicyManager is that it can slow at times. Sometimes taking anywhere between 5 seconds to 10 seconds to open a link. That is something that can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Content Linkage feature is really helpful because now we can provide clickable links to related documents within a policy rather than just references them in the body of the document. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We found that some required fields in Contracts Manager were not relevant to our workflow and so required data entry that was non-value adding.
