Easy, efficient and quick to navigate through. The "attest" feature is great for saving on paper waste and helping the enivronment. **What do you dislike about PolicyManager?** If you forget your password, it is a challenge to unlock your account yourself. The administration has to reset the file for their clients, so that part can be tedious if multiple employees forget. **What problems is PolicyManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves on paper! My biggest problem. It also allows for multiple employees to use it at the same time for efficiency. Businesses with over 150+ employees would greatly benefit from using this program. It keeps track of who has attested policies so that those internal problems can be addressed head-on. ### 2. It is so intuitive and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about PolicyManager?** The downsides of the PolicyManager is that it can slow at times. Sometimes taking anywhere between 5 seconds to 10 seconds to open a link. That is something that can be improved. **Recommendations to others considering PolicyManager:** I would highly recommend this at any institution to keep all the policies organized and easy to access. **What problems is PolicyManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** PolicyManager has taken out any doubts I may have, when performing certain tasks at work. If Im in doubt, I am always able to access PolicyManager and find out the proper way to complete it. ### 3. If I think of something that may benefit me in the program, I share it with them to see if it can be added. **Recommendations to others considering PolicyManager:** If your looking for a great way to keep your policies updated and compliant this is the program for you. There is also great ways to monitor and run reports. Another plus is being able to link the policies with TJC and other outside resources. **What problems is PolicyManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping policies reviewed and updated. ### 4. Configuring the workflows for new projects can be very complicated, especially if the process is not well-defined. **What problems is PolicyManager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Web-based access to policies. ### 5.
