As a frequent Polar user across multiple brands I have been blown away by the capability of this product. The ability to quickly see all of our data across Shopify, Analytics and Marketing sources has made it easier to understand how KPI's are performing. We really like that we can connect up multiple Shopify stores, and marketing accounts, apply views and filters and see performance at a global level.

The comprehensive reporting suite, the ability to custom metrics and dimensions has unlocked a new level of Shopify reporting that we don't have access to natively. On top of that their 1st Party Polar Pixel has given us another way to validate which marketing campaigns are performing effectively.

Polar's support team have done an excellent job supporting in the setup and onboarding steps and made it easy to see metrics within 48 of installation. They're always improving their product, and are really paying attention to what their community is saying. We've asked for a few features, and they've been released in no time.
