Customer Support: The response time is usually slow. It had happened that I was facing some technical issues & the Pokkt team was unresponsive, making me face some losses. 2. It is easy to set up. The team assist you really well in the start on how to get started and launch your first campaign. **What do you dislike about Pokkt?** Soon after a few days of start you realize that the promised results are not delivered. The impression count looks fake, and not many clicks are delivered. ROI was very bad. **What problems is Pokkt solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pokkt promises to deliver better ROI on mobile video advertising campaigns and is easy to set up and get started. But my personal experience with the service is horrible. The Projected ROI is not delivered. ### 6. We were able to monetize our traffic and it paid much more than the competitors. Ads were not annoying to users and we made decent profits. **What do you dislike about Pokkt?** I didn't find anything bad in Pokkt. It delivered great results and no complaints from my side. **What problems is Pokkt solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helped us monetize our traffic and helped us with the integration as well. Their support was fantastic and we are making 1.5 times more than the previous platform that we used. ### 7.
