POinbox Reviews & Product Details

POinbox is Shopify purchase order automation for wholesale and B2B stores that still get orders as attachments. A buyer emails a PDF, Excel sheet, CSV or Word file, and POinbox reads the purchase order, matches the buyer to a Shopify customer, B2B company and company location, and matches each line to your catalog, including the buyer's own item codes. It builds a Shopify draft order at your catalog price, shows any price differences, and keeps lines that are not a confident match off the draft until you confirm them. The PO number is written to Shopify's purchase order field. POinbox handles customer POs coming into your store; it is not a supplier purchase order tool, not EDI and not a wholesale portal. Plans: Free covers 5 successful drafts (lifetime); paid plans start at $29/month.
