POinbox is Shopify purchase order automation for wholesale and B2B stores that still get orders as attachments. A buyer emails a PDF, Excel sheet, CSV or Word file, and POinbox reads the purchase order, matches the buyer to a Shopify customer, B2B company and company location, and matches each line to your catalog, including the buyer's own item codes. It builds a Shopify draft order at your catalog price, shows any price differences, and keeps lines that are not a confident match off the draft until you confirm them. Form submissions from WPForms, Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms and Elementor Pro Forms create records in the Airtable base and table you choose, with visual field mapping. In the other direction, Airtable records import as WordPress posts, pages, users, categories and tags, optionally scoped by an Airtable view or formula. Re-imports update the same item instead of creating duplicates, and a Sync History log shows successes and errors. It connects to Airtable with OAuth. The free plan covers one form connection, 300 form submissions synced and 300 records imported per month. SquareFloww is a Shopify app that connects Shopify and Square, which don't integrate on their own. It is a Shopify Square integration for retailers who sell online with Shopify and in store with Square POS. It syncs products and variants (title, description, price, image, SKU), inventory levels by location using Shopify-to-Square location pairs, and customers (name, email, phone), in the direction you choose. It does not sync orders. It suits small and mid-size shops that take payment on Square and sell the same products on Shopify.
