It brings podcast discovery, media research, pitching, team coordination, replies, and follow-ups into one system so PR teams can spend less time moving between databases, spreadsheets, and inboxes. Start with the database and work the way your team prefers. Search using more than 200 outreach topics and advanced filters for factors such as recency, audience, location, guest fit, and contact availability. Podcast profiles bring together recent episodes and topics, audience and social signals, host and producer contact information when available, and booking intelligence that helps teams evaluate opportunities before pitching. Users can pitch a strong match directly, save several podcasts to a shared media list, or export podcast records into another workflow. Client profiles are optional for research, lists, and exports. When a client profile is added, Podseeker uses that context to calculate Client Fit, personalize pitch drafts, and surface additional high-fit recommendations. Connect Gmail or Outlook to send from a real email address and keep replies in the normal inbox. Draft pitches manually, start from reusable templates, or use optional AI refinement with context from the client and podcast. Pitch Score helps review personalization before sending. Teams can send one pitch at a time or turn a media list into a scheduled campaign with follow-ups. The price is very reasonable and they make it easy for you filter down to the shows you want to see. Also they provide ways for you to find the exact contact for pitching without increasing your price. I think it has a lot of robust features that I like. **What problems is PodSeeker solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding podcast shows and their information. It also provides me with all the information I need to decide whether a podcast is appropriate for my client. I am not technologically savvy and I've tried using another podcast software program but found that it was not intuitive to a pr professional's needs. This program not only is very user friendly it also has outstanding customer service, something which is increasingly rare in this day and age. When I have a question, I receive a response from a human and not a bot. And I always receive a response in a timely fashion. **What do you dislike about PodSeeker?** Nothing so far. There's not a lot of fluff like some platforms have. You get the info you need and if there's info you feel is missing, their support team is quick to provide it if possible. The initial price is quite reasonable, and there's no learning curve to the tool. We use this on a regular basis for our podcast tours, and it's definitely something I'll keep using. **What do you dislike about PodSeeker?** I wish there was a discoverability feature. I'd love if PodSeeker showed something like "you might also like these podcasts" or "listeners also like these podcasts" when I add one to a List, because if a podcast doesn't come up in a search on PodSeeker, there's really no way I'm going to find it. There aren't always email addresses listed, either, and while I can often find them somewhere on the podcast or host's website, I can't always. However, when I request an email address for the podcast from PodSeeker, they're able to find and add a usable email address the majority of the time! **What problems is PodSeeker solving and how is that benefiting you?** PodSeeker helps us find relevant podcasts for our internal podcast tours, as well as those of our clients.
