The platform provides with a single solution to cover all kinds of project tasks. At the same time, works efficiently in managing the optimization of the project tasks and resources. Sometimes, the software doesn't work effectively in terms of speed, and it can only be accessed over a laptop or computer screen. Installation problems have also been witnessed. The data analysis and use of proper charts simplifies the whole process and makes it easier to brainstorm over the possible solutions, taking secondary and reserve risks in account at the same time. As a web-based platform, PMWeb allows you to access it from any device with an internet browser. For those who need an offline solution while in the field, we also have a versatile mobile app. Your organization may not have selected to have the app included in their package. If you would like to see it added, contact your PMWeb site administrator. Also in regards to the vendor site information, the PMWeb admin can control the settings on what a vendor can and cannot see. If you feel it is limited and should include more, consider asking your site administrator about updating the security settings to make the functionality you would like available for vendors. The tool is very complete, not only with CRM and a booking engine for hotels, but it also gives you the possibility to create landing pages for any last minute marketing action, which reduces the need for additional tools. They don't have integration with important technology suppliers in the hospitality market, such as Cloudbeds (PMS) and are a little stiff for more advanced customizations. They are a great toolkit for the hotelier to stop being dependent on OTAs and tour operators and focus on direct sales and customer relationships. We pride ourselves on offering an all-in-one solution. PMWeb is a responsive site allowing you to access it from any device with a browser. PMWeb also offers a mobile app, although being a modular system, your organization may have selected to not include that in their solution. The speed of your system is dependent on the hosting solution your organization has. If you're self-hosted, then the speed of your system is an issue that needs to be discussed with your IT department. Regardless of that fact we have made substantial customizations to the reporting side. Support has been right there with us to get through any issues / upgrades. Recommendations to others considering PMWEB: I can't say enough about their support. We held off on updating for a long period, and they were still willing to update stored procedures they had created for us. They are very very helpful, and knowledgeable. PMWeb allows us to keep communication lines open by giving our subs access to our system without having to give them access to our network.
