We primarily use it for invoices and time tracking. It’s nice to have both features in one place. In addition, the Plutio team is constantly listening to feedback and updating the software. It is great software. **What do you dislike about Plutio?** None. I really like the software and the easy-to-use dashboard. **What problems is Plutio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great for managing invoices and time tracking. ### 2. The team behind the product is also very responsive to fixes. They are also very connected with their users to ensure they are focused on adding the right features. **What do you dislike about Plutio?** Lack of integrations with third-party software/API. While they have a lot of the features/tools needed to run a business, there are areas that lack the settings/features that dedicated solutions (i.e. Invoicing software) may include. However, this may not be an issue for some since the basics are covered in Plutio. **Recommendations to others considering Plutio:** If you are a small to mid-size business looking to organize your business, save money, and have access to core essential tools needed to run any business, Plutio is the answer. Plutio provides you with a tool to track and organize your customers, communicate, manage projects, proposals, invoices, timesheets and more. **What problems is Plutio solving and how is that benefiting you?** A solution that keeps my business organized — CRM, projects, tasks, communication, etc. and in one spot. ### 3. It's hard to pick which one of these I like the best. It is the combination of them all being packaged together that makes this tool stellar. **What do you dislike about Plutio?** I dislike that the tool requires white-label for emails to generate from my own servers. **Recommendations to others considering Plutio:** If you are considering a project management system, be mindful of everything that you want it to do. Stringing multiple tools together gets costly and oftentimes clunky with the integration. Must have tag feature same like workyflow. Plutio keeps us from having to juggle 3-4 different (PAID) services. **What do you dislike about Plutio?** The Plutio team is skeleton so logging in you can tell an engineer "designed" the interface and UX. The user experience is also a treat with their well-organized layout, so less time spent in learning how to start using it to better manage your process. **What do you dislike about Plutio?** The mobile app is still rather laggy and slow. Even timesheets and invoicing can be done through Plutio. Plutio has a nice User Interface and the developer seems to be a very nice person. He has several training videos made. File exchange platform with clients. **What do you dislike about Plutio?** Not so easy to get started, The tool doesn't necessarily behave like you would expect it to. It would be nice to have a start up wizard that takes you through the first project from A to Z. **Recommendations to others considering Plutio:** If you are a small business or startup, consider this tool! **What problems is Plutio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Proposal platform, create reusable proposals.
