**What do you like best about Plexa?**

I love the service provided by the company's team. I came to them with demanding requirements and challenging API integrations, and the team delivered. Thanks to this system, I’ve saved many working hours in my business’s customer service through its phone and text-based support.

The implementation took a long time, but it was worth it. To complete all the integrations I requested, I waited about a month.

Plexa replies to my customers on WhatsApp and my site 24/7, so I don’t miss messages. It handles most common questions and connects to my CRM, which keeps everything in one place.

The first setup and training requires detail and attention.
