I like how easy it is to set up a fundraiser and share it with others. It's great that others can easily lauch campaigns to support our fundraiser as well. The site is easy to use, and as a small non-profit, we don't incur the cost of feeds which helps us tremendously. The only downside is that we are promoting the site, but don't necessarily get mutual access to Pledge’s donor network. We we host our campaigns on the site we are essentially promoting the site to our networking, including our board members, their family, friends, and colleagues, our alumnae, volunteers, and other organizations. I love Pledge for its ability to quickly build fundraisers using AI and for how it simplifies donation collection where other solutions like Stripe and PayPal fall short. The super modern user interface is also a standout feature for me, and I appreciate that Pledge is always adding new features to make fundraising more convenient, all on a commission-only basis. This aspect distinguishes Pledge from the over 70 different tools I've tried, including Givebutter and Resilia, none of which compare to Pledge's functionality. Furthermore, Pledge helps build authority and credibility, which makes it easier to attract donors, and I greatly value the lack of limitations on releasing finances. I dislike not being able to easily see who the anonymous donors are who don't want to be displayed on the screen during events. Although we can get this report from our representative, it is inconvenient that this information isn't readily available in the dashboard.
