The platform also included many payment options that you could toggle on or off, making the donor experience more flexible and seamless, while meeting our organizational needs. They also have integration options, including Zapier and RE, that we are interested in continuing to explore for future fundraising opportunities! Can't recommend Pledge enough. **What do you dislike about Pledge?** There is nothing I personally "dislike" about Pledge. There are maybe a few finetuning items that we flagged for their team (and it was specific to things we needed updated for our event), but as previously mentioned, they were incredibly responsive, willing to listen, and helped find solutions quickly and thoughtfully. **What problems is Pledge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pledge helped our organization create a quick, concise event donation page that integrated with in-the-room fundraising via QR Code and Text-2-Give capabilities. Additionally, we had planned to go live with the real-time donation screen, but we could not integrate that into the event (due to venue/show production conflicts and not any issue of Pledge's). I quite literally put together my page in 15 minutes on my iPhone. The platform also made it super easy to update, post to social media, and see the back and front end of donations. I was also quickly reached out to by the amazing Pledge team who helped me with any questions and even met with me to help reach an even broader audience. Pledge has stood out to me because they continue to innovate and add new features. During the pandemic, Pledge launching the Zoom giving button was a game changer for thousands of nonprofits using Zoom to host live giving events. More recently, The crypto giving functionality is seamless and one of the only free options available to nonprofits. It's all super simple to get it up and running. At the end of the day, the people I've met who are powering Pledge - from their founder to the team marketing and creating the product are all incredible humans too.
