**What do you like best about PlaytestCloud?**

Playtest Cloud had made game testing incredibly simple for our mobile game. It's been simple to get qualitative feedback on our iterations, and the video recordings, questionnaires, and ability to select for what types of players we want have been great. It's simple to set up, and while it's pricier than some competitors, that's because of its relative ease of use, simple integration, and incredible speed. We only have to wait a couple of hours, and we have our results. We've done four tests, and the information we got has been invaluable.

**What do you dislike about PlaytestCloud?**

Some of the advanced features are behind higher paywalls, and there can be some confusion with customer support - but PTC has always gone out of their way to help us and figure things out when that's happened.

**What problems is PlaytestCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving our lack of clarity on how players are experiencing our game, what is working and what isn't, and most importantly, how fit for purpose our tutorial is.

**What do you like best about PlaytestCloud?**

I've used PlaytestCloud for a number of my own projects (and collaborated with them on others). The technology just works - you can upload a build and they handle it from there. In addition, they have a strong focus on participant quality, and I am confident that they have a good panel of real mobile gamers.

**What do you dislike about PlaytestCloud?**

Currently mobile only, however I think this is changing in the near future.

**What problems is PlaytestCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I regularly need a source of mobile game participants, and a reliable platform for build distribution and aggregation of player data. Their platform and panel are very high quality, and they integrate with third party survey tools (unlike some comeptitors in this space).

Their active account managers are extremely helpful, and it's worth the cost to have someone else manage the recruit for my studies.
