**What do you like best about Playable?**

- Good value for money: fix costs & unlimited usage
- Variety in options
- Very good service level (Customer Service, sales, account manager)
- easy to implement & use

**What do you dislike about Playable?**

- Some game logics could be more optimised / have more room for special features

**What problems is Playable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increase Engagemant & fun for customers, USP for games like drop game  (no standard in the market)

**What do you like best about Playable?**

I really appreciate the openess of the team I am working with, their flexibility and willigness to support. The tool itself is very easy to use, and easy to manage.

**What do you dislike about Playable?**

Maybe to add a bit more flexibility when it comes to games creation (images sizing etc)

**What problems is Playable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Playable is ensuring having proper gamification elements within our loyalty program

**What do you like best about Playable?**

The software offers many different game concepts that can be used for marketing purposes. This diversity makes it a great tool for different types of campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Playable?**

The learning curve is quite steep! It lets you code the campaign yourself, and it takes some time to learn how to do so correctly. The software has so many functions so a solid introduction video would be a great idea.

**What problems is Playable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The gamification aspect saves our marketing team a lot of time conceptualizing - it's an easy way to create something fun for the customer. We have seen higher engagement on campaigns using these features.

**What do you like best about Playable?**

I am so thankful that LeadFamly has made it easier to grow and better understand our customer base. The platform itself is easy to navigate as well and very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Playable?**

I wish I track our customers' activity on other platforms to gain further insight into their behavior but I understand this is not what Leadfamly is designed to do.

**Recommendations to others considering Playable:**

It is always an advantage to grow your consumer base, which Leadfamly is designed to do.

**What problems is Playable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our overall goal is to improve our sales numbers, which Leadfamly is helping us doing! We use it to integrate several aspects of our business as it is an incredibly efficient tool.
