Shows a good breakdown of stories in the sprint at the start vs stories brought into the sprint part way through. Use it a couple of times a week around sprint planning and look back at it during retro. **What do you dislike about Plandek?** We use Plandek with Azure DepOps but we use test plans extensively. These test plans show up in the number of tickets in the sprint and are created during sprints. This causes the views by 'Tickets' to be unusable (we are only able to use the views by Story Points). The metrics of elapsed time include non-working days (weekends) which skews the results a bit. I really like that their customer support are so responsive and get back to me quickly. I have a number of Scrum Masters, so I regularly (every other day) use Plandek to go in and check on their teams' progress. One of the most powerful features I'm finding at the moment is their Smart Insights feature. **What do you dislike about Plandek?** I think it could be a bit more intuitive, I've had to contact customer services with a number of queries. Getting started is very straightforward, with a few clearly defined steps to integrate your data sources and a long list of ready to use metrics and dashoards. Finally what I find unique in Plandek is their customer support. You would probably expect the metrics to be presented well and the data to be accurate, and this is the case here, but I would reserve special praise for the support which is very prompt in resolving any issues or giving advice/explanations. **What do you dislike about Plandek?** Setting up can be a little laborious if you have many teams/products to do but once you have finished, you can generally forget about it. That is really a problem of shear volume than anything else though. Recent small improvements to the interface have also made the admin experience easier too now. **What problems is Plandek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to match ticketing systems, repositories and CI/CD information and display it all in one place allows us to look at our overall performance and importantly, highlight areas we may need to improve process or investigate further. It also allows us to connect to multiple different sources (we have multiple Jira's for instance) and keep all of these metrics in one place, Their live views are useful for day to day analysis at stand ups for example, highlighting anything out of normal 'tolerance' to check on. I also like the support provided by their team not only in adopting the tool but how we can continue maturing as an organization given their knowledge and experience with other clients, since we started using it we have learned and improved significantly. **What do you dislike about Plandek?** I think the initial period where you are trying to surface your data reflecting reality is long and the work that needs to be done by us is also more than we'd like to do, in our case, we weren't using the most popular CI/CD and observability tool, that led us to issues and high maintenance. I believe they should develop better integration methods, broader compatibility with different vendors, and friendlier developer documentation and libraries to ease integration for those cases when needed.
