It is really simple to use and manage, and it gives me a terrific way to plan out and organize my work just as I want. **What do you dislike about Plan?** only the one thing that i concern is its not working on mobile.This would be a great beneficial tool for us if it was available on mobile devices. **What problems is Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** As i am a technical person we are working on diffrenent projects and in that proect we have number of different tasks. so it will be difficult track on all those tasks. here plan help me to breakdown my all tasks and set a deadline for each task. ### 2. It is in sync with my work calender so I don't need to re-add the meetings that are already scheduled. If you have too many calls or meetings it is the best thing you should have in your laptop. **What do you dislike about Plan?** The app is buggy and It is not usable in Mobile. Nowadays every app we can use on laptop as well as on mobile. **What problems is Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me to avoid the clash between two events and tasks because it allows me to create tasks as per my need. You should definitely try it because it’s simple to use and totally free. I tried a bunch of other apps before this, but they either didn’t have what I was looking for or weren’t that great. To me, GetPlan.co is like an upgraded version of Google Calendar. Give it a go and make your planning easier. **What do you dislike about Plan?** I mostly like using GetPlan.co, but if I had to pick something I don’t like, I’d say I wish I could change how it looks to suit my style. Also, it would be cool if they had an easy guide for new people to learn how to use all the stuff it offers. **What problems is Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** GetPlan.co is particularly great when it comes to organizing projects. In the past, keeping track of all the different parts of a project was tricky. But with GetPlan.co, it’s much easier because you can break down a project into smaller tasks and set deadlines for each. This way, the whole project becomes more manageable. ### 7. It integrates with my Google calendar so I can check my day's meetings/events/schedules from the Plan calendar itself, and can edit the same. It has a docs feature to allow me to store notes. I can group my tasks by category and can add deadlines to them. It also has a chrome extension to easily add tasks and view schedules on a new browser tab **What do you dislike about Plan?** The app is buggy. Recurring tasks are impossible to delete. It has no mobile support. Bug fixes are practically non existent. The app is practically unusable on mobile screens. **What problems is Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Plan as a secondary tool to schedule tasks that I am the most likely to procrastinate on. I create tasks, schedule them by making sure they don't clash with my calendar events, and follow the schedule. Plan has great potential to be a superb tool, and if bug fixes and improvements are taken seriously, it could definitely do wonders ### 8. You can also assign priorities and estimates to the task and make them repeating. It also has a docs feature to write notes on the tasks. It is not responsive on mobile. The repeating tasks cannot have all their instances deleted. It ensures that my procrastinable tasks are usually achieved. If it can be more regular with updates and bug fixes, it can go a long way ### 9. Impossible to use on mobile browsers - Does not have android/iOS support - Buggy. While the app isn't mature enough to be used as a primary productivity tool, I do make sure I use it as a secondary one to put tasks which I often procrastinate on. The advantage of using Plan is that you can check off both tasks and events, which is missing in calendar apps and todo lists. ### 10. I can also create recurring tasks. I can connect with Google calendar to view my events on the plan calendar and also reschedule them directly from Plan itself. It has various views like today, weekly, calendar views to keep in touch with the priority tasks. It has a chrome extension which opens as a new tab on browsers and allows us to directly add tasks and also has time intellisense **What do you dislike about Plan?** It's not fully responsive. The mobile browser view is almost unusable. There are no android/iOS apps. The application is buggy, for instance, not deleting all instances of a recurring task, issues with reschedule. It lacks integration support for almost any major project management tools **What problems is Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Plan as a secondary tool to allow me to schedule some of my tasks. Since drag, drop and increase/decrease of duration are doable easily. I add those tasks to Plan that I know I'll complete only when I schedule them, and tick them off once done The ability to reorganize meetings and tasks on a common calendar is one of the major plus points of Plan that lacks in almost all other apps. Plan has great potential for improvement, and I'd love to make it the center of my productivity setup if the existing issues are taken up and resolved ### 11. The calendar view provided by the app is great and allows you to look at agendas clearly. Also, the ability to work with JIRA makes this a complete package for a project manager. Another thing that I really liked was that the application user interface is very intuitive and you can easily find all the important things on the landing page. The work timeline options are super easy to use and you can easily change them by dragging. Another nice to have feature is the Team feed where you get all the important updates from your team members. onboarding my team on the "plan" app was very easy and getting them started was very quick. Overall, I can say it is a great choice for a product manager. **What do you dislike about Plan?** Although everything is great with the planning app, I think there are a couple of things that can be improved. One is the 'Add Project' could be better. And the other thing that I felt was not good was Outlook calendar integration fails sometimes and you have to try a few more times for this to work. Another thing is documentation is a bit boring can use some reference videos or. images to make it easy to understand. **Recommendations to others considering Plan:** Its a great and a simple project management app. You should give it a try. **What problems is Plan solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the plan app for the purpose of project management for our team. We have integrated JIRA, GitHub and Calendar apps and some of our projects are managed using Plan app now ### 12. It captures all the features one needs to accurately plan. I began my productivity app journey with Todoist - but over time, I've come to see the "to-do list" as an inherently problematic concept, and any architecture that is built with that as its core concept is going to eventually run out of steam. Actually, I think I just invented my own app idea! **What do you dislike about Plan?** So far it seems not to have gone viral, which means they haven't had the workpower to build out as many integrations as I might like. However, I sort of find it helpful to have my environment constrained. Do I really need anything outside of Plan and Gsuite?
