After searching for a long time, I found GetPlan.co and it was just what I needed. You should definitely try it because it’s simple to use and totally free. I tried a bunch of other apps before this, but they either didn’t have what I was looking for or weren’t that great. To me, GetPlan.co is like an upgraded version of Google Calendar. Plan allows me to create tasks and schedule them onto the Plan calendar. It integrates with my Google calendar so I can check my day's meetings/events/schedules from the Plan calendar itself, and can edit the same. It has a docs feature to allow me to store notes. Plan allows me to add tasks, drag and drop these on calendar and organize the tasks by projects. I can also create recurring tasks. I can connect with Google calendar to view my events on the plan calendar and also reschedule them directly from Plan itself. It has various views like today, weekly, calendar views to keep in touch with the priority tasks. It's not fully responsive. The mobile browser view is almost unusable. There are no android/iOS apps. The application is buggy, for instance, not deleting all instances of a recurring task, issues with reschedule.
