Getting Pixflux.AI to cleanly talk to some of our legacy CRM and financial systems was a much bigger lift than we anticipated. It required significant help from our internal IT department, which slowed down the initial rollout. Secondly, the Customer Support has been a bit hit-or-miss; while they are very knowledgeable when you finally reach them, the initial response times can be slow when you're dealing with a mission-critical issue. Finally, there's a steep learning curve; while powerful, it's definitely not intuitive for new users, so training time is essential. **What problems is Pixflux.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary problem Pixflux.AI is solving for our team is data fragmentation and siloed insights. Before, we had to pull information manually from three different sources (our CRM, our transactional database, and a specialized marketing platform) and spend days trying to cross-reference and unify the data.
