**What do you like best about Pionex?**

Well designed. I feel comfortable working on my iPhone, especially when switching between different currencies.
It is featured with several auto-trader bots with well-described guides that teach you different trading strategies and let you set your buy and sell parameters.

**What do you dislike about Pionex?**

Sometimes UI freezes when you are trading and you will miss a good trade. Not sure if it is intentional or a technical issue but so rarely happens.
Bots are so generic and not for advanced traders.
I wish they had provided API for third-party integration.

**What problems is Pionex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pionex is not an exchange itself but a proxy which makes you easily trade your favorite coins from different exchanges all in one place. I don't know how but they offer zero or near-zero trading fees. Their revenue strategies are mostly focused on their bots.

**What do you like best about Pionex?**

I started using Pionex exactly 2 years ago. Back then I was working with other exchanges with high trading fees but Pionex's trading fee was extremely low.

**What do you dislike about Pionex?**

There are a few coins and tokens for future trading and the leverage is between 2x and 3x max. And sometimes when you have a successful trade, It changes your leverage to a lower value.

**What problems is Pionex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my problem with high trading fees of other exchanges with its low trading fee.
