It helps you keep progression, avoid detours and close agenda-points during the meeting. ## Pinstriped Reviews ### 1. I like the speed. Rather than creating a new google doc and filing it correctly, pinstriped lists my previous meetings in date order on the right. After the call I email the client a link to the notes. No more long emails! **What do you dislike about Pinstriped?** When uploaded documents are downloaded by the client the name is not the same and can cause confusion **What problems is Pinstriped solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick meeting minutes. I save 10-20 minutes each meeting over saving in Word and printing a PDF. ### 2. Would be nice to have one or another to have meetings info available when you are out of office. **Recommendations to others considering Pinstriped:** If you use emails (like I did) to organize meetings, this is time to consider something better. **What problems is Pinstriped solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are two things: 1. I look organized / cool to participants when I run a meeting. 2. I save some time when filling meeting details and sharing agenda before and follow-up after the meeting (otherwise I used to do it manually in notes, mailing it by hand etc.). ### 3. If you have to plan meetings there is no better tool. **What problems is Pinstriped solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using it for every online and offline meeting saves you a lot of time. Since you can include files, links you have everything you need with you and you don’t need to search for things during a meeting. Deligating tasks and sending pre and post emails to all the participants is huge. And last but not least it is fun using the beautiful design app. ### 4. Simple meeting output sharing via follow-up mail. **What do you dislike about Pinstriped?** When agenda item with multiple content items is animating, it's laggy. Different macs with the same Pinstriped login won't synchronize. No way to invite other participants into the meeting using the tool. **What problems is Pinstriped solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides a simple way to share action items and decisions made in meeting. ### 5.
